HackerHub8 — Internship Terms & Privacy Policy

1. Internship Eligibility

The HackerHub8 internship program is open to students, graduates, and professionals who meet the eligibility criteria defined for each internship role. Selection is based on application review, skill evaluation, and availability.

2. Scope of Internship

The internship may include cybersecurity training, hands-on labs, real-world projects, research tasks, documentation, and mentorship sessions. Internship duration, mode (online/offline), and project scope are defined at the time of onboarding.

3. Intern Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks, projects, and assessments on time.
• Follow ethical hacking and cybersecurity best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality of internal systems, data, and client information.
• Use provided resources strictly for learning and authorized purposes.

4. Confidentiality & NDA

Interns may have access to sensitive systems, reports, tools, or credentials. All such information must be kept strictly confidential. Unauthorized sharing, disclosure, or misuse may lead to immediate termination and legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

All work created during the internship, including code, reports, research, tools, and documentation, shall remain the intellectual property of HackerHub8 Company LLP unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

6. Data Collection & Usage

We may collect intern data such as name, contact details, educational background, submissions, performance metrics, and activity logs for training, evaluation, certification, and compliance purposes.

7. Privacy & Information Protection

Intern data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell intern data and only share it with authorized mentors, internal teams, or legal authorities when required by law.

8. Code of Conduct

• No illegal hacking, exploitation, or misuse of tools.
• Respect mentors, peers, and organizational policies.
• Any misconduct, plagiarism, or misrepresentation will result in termination.

9. Termination Policy

HackerHub8 reserves the right to terminate an internship without notice in cases of policy violation, unethical behavior, non-performance, or misuse of resources.

10. Certificates & Verification

Internship certificates are issued only upon successful completion of tasks, attendance requirements, and evaluations. Certificates may be digitally verifiable and subject to revocation if misuse or false claims are identified.
