Security Services Agreement – HackerHub8 LLP

This Security Services Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the provision of cybersecurity services by HackerHub8 LLP to clients, organizations, and partners. By engaging our cybersecurity services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions described in this agreement.
Scope of Services
HackerHub8 LLP provides cybersecurity services that may include but are not limited to:
- Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)
- Cybersecurity consulting and advisory services
- Security audits and risk assessments
- Managed security monitoring services
- Security awareness and training programs
- Security architecture design and implementation
- Incident response guidance and remediation recommendations
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about systems to be assessed.
- Ensure proper authorization for security testing activities.
- Provide necessary access to systems or environments where testing is authorized.
- Implement recommended remediation actions where applicable.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Service Limitations
Cybersecurity assessments are designed to identify potential vulnerabilities at the time of testing. However, no security assessment can guarantee the complete absence of vulnerabilities.
- Security testing results represent conditions at the time of testing.
- New vulnerabilities may emerge after the engagement.
- HackerHub8 LLP does not guarantee absolute system security.
Confidentiality
Both HackerHub8 LLP and the client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information exchanged during the engagement.
- Security findings and reports are confidential.
- Client data will not be disclosed without permission.
- Information may only be shared when legally required.
Authorized Testing
All security testing conducted by HackerHub8 LLP must be explicitly authorized by the client prior to engagement. Unauthorized testing on systems not owned by the client is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
HackerHub8 LLP shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of cybersecurity services or recommendations provided during the engagement.
Clients remain responsible for the security and maintenance of their systems following the completion of services.
Termination of Services
HackerHub8 LLP reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:
- The client violates applicable laws.
- Unauthorized or illegal activities are requested.
- Required cooperation or information is not provided.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
Policy Updates
HackerHub8 LLP may update this Security Services Agreement periodically to reflect operational changes or legal requirements.
