HackerHub8 — Training Terms & Privacy Policy

1. Training Overview

HackerHub8 Company LLP ("HackerHub8", "we", "our") offers structured cybersecurity and technology training programs, workshops, and bootcamps. All training programs referenced under this policy are paid training programs.

2. Paid Training & Fees

• All training programs require payment prior to access.
• Fees are clearly communicated during enrollment.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• HackerHub8 does not store full card or UPI credentials.

3. Enrollment & Access

Upon successful payment and verification, trainees receive access credentials for learning portals, live sessions, labs, or resources. Access is personal and must not be shared with others.

4. Trainee Responsibilities

• Attend sessions and complete assigned exercises.
• Use training labs and tools only for educational purposes.
• Protect login credentials and account access.
• Follow ethical and legal cybersecurity practices.

5. Code of Conduct

• No unauthorized hacking, exploitation, or illegal activity.
• No recording, redistribution, or resale of training content.
• Respect instructors, mentors, and fellow trainees.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

We may collect trainee information such as name, email, phone number, payment details (transaction metadata only), attendance logs, assessments, and progress data.

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

7. Training Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, labs, documentation, tools, and recordings remain the intellectual property of HackerHub8 Company LLP.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, or public distribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Training fees are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds, if any, are subject to specific program terms communicated at enrollment.
• Missed sessions, partial attendance, or non-participation do not qualify for refunds.

9. Suspension & Termination

HackerHub8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate training access without refund in cases of policy violation, misconduct, piracy, or misuse of resources.

10. Certificates & Verification

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the training requirements, assessments, and attendance criteria. Certificates may be digitally verifiable and revoked if misuse or misrepresentation is detected.
